Whoa!!
What a difference a few lines make, eh? At this point you kinda know
what she's gonna look like but to keep your drawing from looking as
flat and unappealing as a pokemon coloring book we need to add "weight"
to some lines and fade up on others.
The Eyes and Cheek/chin give the character mass and depth so they should
be heavier and detailed. To keep her dainty we need to keep the lines
of the nose and mouth thinner. Hair is also kinda "whispy"
so be careful with the line weight there. Shadows go well under the
nose, lowe lip and under the chin.
